1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntlPull's services, including our web platform, Chrome extension, CLI tools, APIs, and SDKs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

IntlPull provides a translation management platform that enables developers to:

  • Manage translation keys and values across multiple languages
  • Use AI-powered translation services
  • Collaborate with team members on translations
  • Integrate with development workflows via CLI, SDK, and browser extension
  • Deploy translations via over-the-air (OTA) updates

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without permission
  • Use the Services to transmit spam or unsolicited content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all translation content you create or upload. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

5.2 Our Property

IntlPull and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Pricing and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges until you cancel
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

7. API and CLI Usage

Use of our API and CLI tools is subject to:

  • Rate limits as specified in our documentation
  • API key security requirements
  • Prohibition of automated abuse or scraping
  • Compliance with our technical guidelines

8. Chrome Extension

The IntlPull Chrome Extension is provided under these additional terms:

  • The extension requires broad permissions to function across websites
  • Use is limited to editing translations on your own projects
  • You must have authorization to edit content on target websites
  • We are not responsible for conflicts with other extensions

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers (GitHub, AI translation providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTLPULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntlPull and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • If required by law
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
