Pricing FAQ
What counts as a string?
A string is a single translation key. The key "welcome.title" is one string. Translating it to 10 languages still counts as one string. Plurals count as one string.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Each plan includes a set number of team members. Need more? Add seats for $3/seat/month. Enterprise plans have unlimited seats.
What happens if I exceed my string limit?
We'll notify you when you hit 80% and 100%. You can upgrade anytime. We won't delete your strings or break your app.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. Prorated billing for upgrades, credit for downgrades.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (17% discount). Contact us for annual invoicing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
